This 60-minute ballet class taught by Celia Polman includes 30-35 minutes of barre work, including the fundamentals of typical barre elements. The remainder of class is in center, working on movement phrases, adagio, allegro, and introduction to turns. Some ballet experience is recommended but not required.

Ballet attire or comfortable workout wear are acceptable. Ballet slippers are recommended; socks are acceptable as well. Please arrive 5-10 prior to start time.

This 90-minute ballet class taught by Jaime Simpson includes 45-50 minutes of barre work, including typical barre elements from plies to grand battements. Center work includes adagio, turn combinations, waltzes, petit allegro, and grand allegro. ***This class is an intermediate level; previous ballet experience is required.

This 60-minute pointe class taught by Jaime Simpson includes 30-35 minutes of barre work, focusing on strength and alignment. Center work includes turns, bourrees, and piques. It is highly encouraged to attend the ballet class prior to pointe class. ***Previous pointe experience required to participate.

The recommended attire is the same as for ballet class. Dancers not yet on pointe are also welcome to take this class in ballet slippers to strengthen their technique and to prepare for pointe. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before start time.

This 60-minute modern class taught by Celia Polman will include warm-ups, center phrases, floor work and across the floor. These classes will explore fundamentals of modern technique and movement styles. Some modern experience is recommended but not required.

This 90-minute modern class taught by Lauren Kidd goes through a class structure of warm-ups, center phrases, floor work and across the floor. These classes will have influences from pioneers mixed with post-modern practices of release technique. Movements will include leg swing, X work, prancing, triplets, inversions, and more. ***This class is intermediate level; previous dance experience is required.

This 90-minute Contemporary class taught by Lauren Kidd includes 20-25 minutes of warm-up, 20-25 minutes of across the floor, and the remainder of class will be a center combination. ***This class is an intermediate level; previous dance experience is required.

Comfortable workout wear is acceptable for class attire. Please consider having added layers such as pants, sweaters and/or shirts that cover the shoulders. Bare feet or socks recommended. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before start time.

This 90-minute Jazz class taught by Camryn Goad will go through a structure of warm-ups, center, across the floor, and possible combinations. This class will be upbeat while helping your classic jazz technique. ***This class is an intermediate level; previous dance experience is required.

Comfortable workout wear is acceptable for class attire. Jazz shoes recommended; ballet shoes may also be worn. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before start time.

This 60-minute Tap class taught by Gabi Tibbenham includes 10-15 minutes of warm-up, 15-20 minutes of across the floor, and the remainder of class will be a center combination or working on skills. The focus will be on developing rhythm and timing, along with style. ***This class is an intermediate level; previous tap experience is required.

The recommended attire is comfortable workout wear. Tap shoes are highly recommended; sneakers are acceptable as well. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before start time.
