Open Adult Dance Classes and Performing Opportunities
Founded by Lauren Kidd and Jaime Simpson in September of 2023, Artistic Movements Initiative (AMI Dance) strives to foster creative expression through dance, providing classes and performing opportunities for pre-professional and adult dancers. We celebrate the joy of dance and are a welcoming and inclusive space for all dancers looking to share their passion for dance, and to grow in their art.
Lauren and Jaime bring their extensive experience in dance instruction, choreography, and performance coordination to AMI Dance, offering open adult classes in Ballet, Pointe, and Modern Thursdays through Sundays. They also launched the AMI Dance Studio Company in January of 2024, and will offer performing opportunities throughout the year. Lauren and Jaime were thrilled to present the first Studio Company performance in April 2024.
